This approach has been recognized by EcoVadis, which awarded us the Silver medal, rewarding our performance in sustainable development.
On a daily basis, we conduct our activities responsibly around four essential pillars: the environment, social and human rights, business ethics and responsible purchasing.
Technicom is your partner in the environmental transition of printing.
Our specific role is to optimize printed volumes, choose responsible papers, select certified printers, and limit transportation.
A strong social dimension is also present, including respectful working conditions, continuous training, professional equality and listening to employees.
Finally, we act as a trusted third party between clients and suppliers to ensure that ethics in our business remains an important policy and philosophy.
At Technicom, our customers' trust largely depends on our ability to protect their data. As part of our business activities – particularly the creation of communication materials and Web-to-Print services – we regularly handle sensitive information.
Our commitments and obligations regarding the security of third-party data include responsible data collection, secure and controlled processing and storage, controlled transmission, and also the retention period.
We also raise awareness and train our employees on best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
Finally, data hosting and infrastructure and
IT system management is subject to penalties
by the ISO27001 standard.
